Bank : Yeah, I know... We are foreign bank, can't really compete with local bank on this product.

Me : The loan package isn't impressive at all, other bank , Citi HSBC to name a few, offer much better.
Bank : Yeah, we know that. We are local bank, can't really compete with those foreign banks especially the flexi home loan which started off by them.

* Bad service, lansi, offer one of the worst packages !! Wasting time.
Citi Bank
* Good service, nice package, lower loan amount.
Eon Bank
* Nice service, offer one of the best packages, ask too much than necessary.
HSBC
* Superb service ! Impressive presentation ! Less attractive Smarthome package.
HLB
* Nice service. Simple. Attractive Mortgage Plus package ! Panel lawyer give big discount wahaha (Shhhh... illegal)

It should be Allince Bank right? Allianz is an Insurance Company if im not mistaken....
I personally think that Alliance Bank is the best..in term of the whole package

ya, it shud be Alliance. Best? I really doubt it, as for my case, it is one of the worst. Prolly u r a much better negotiator :)
